Shipping Policy:
Once your order has been made, no changes can be made.
This includes modifications to the shipping address, shipping method or items within the order.
Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages:
Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for its delivery.If your packages is lost, stolen or undelivered, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier to start an investigation.
Refunds:
Returns can only be accepted if you were sent a faulty or wrong item from what you have ordered. Returns are accepted if photographed and emailed within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. If return is acknowledged, you will be sent an email of instructions of your next steps. Refunds can take up to 10 working days.
