Returns & Refunds • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

• If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement if necessary.

Exchanges

• We only offer exchanges in the case of incorrect items being sent. The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all ties, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.

• If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
